General admission parking comes with your ticket! Early Parking allows early access to the parking lots so guests can avoid traffic and tailgate longer. Tailgate Area Parking allows early access and access to a shady tree lined grassy area for the best tailgate experience. Parking Reserved Premier, Ultra Premier and Premier gives guests access to the closest parking lot to the venue. Oversized Parking is a space for any vehicle that requires more than one standard parking spot. If you want easier entry, go for Reserved Premier Parking or Ultra Premier Parking.

Arrival & Accessible Entrances:
The main entrances to PNC Music Pavilion is fully accessible. If you hold a VIP ticket, the VIP entrance to PNC Music Pavilion includes a flat surface to get it on the north side of the venue. The closest gate near Accessible Parking is Gate 3 and Gate 2. If you have a question or need assistance when at the venue please see Guest Services located in Gate 2. If you are unable to get to Gate 2, please let our member services team know and they will get you assistance. View our map here.
Restrooms:
Accessible restrooms are located in North and South Plaza in every restroom on site. Both accessible restrooms are single user and first come, first served. Full map of where restrooms are located here.
Concession stands:
There is accessible concession stands located in North and South Plaza. If you need assistance when at the concession stands, let our member services team know and they will get you assistance when ordering.
Ticketing:
Accessible tickets located in our accessible section can be purchased online at livenation.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets. The box office at PNC Music Pavilion is open on show days starting at 10 AM.
Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Wheelchair and Companion Seating is located in sections 1,3,4, 7 and 9 in designated rows. Sight and Hearing Impaired Patrons and Companion Seating located in section 1 in designated rows. At PNC Music Pavilion the walkway is paved and the seating sections are sloped. There is a ramp located to the right side of section 1 that connects to South Plaza. In North Plaza there is a ramp to get to the lawn walkway.
To find tickets in the Accessible Seating Area of PNC Music Pavilion, select the Filters icon on the upper right of the page where you see available tickets. You will be shown your seat location once the ticket is selected.
Lawn:
Our lawn is uncovered and subjected to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making some areas inaccessible for people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. In North Plaza there is a ramp to get to the lawn walkway. There is a ramp located to the right side of section 1 that connects to South Plaza.
Accessible Parking:
PNC Music Pavilion has accessible parking located in our Accessible Parking lot in front of the Box Office. The Accessible Parking can be reached via Pavilion Blvd and you will see signs directing you upon arrival. Upon arrival on event day, inform staff you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. A visible state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot. Guests needing assistance who do not have a placard can be dropped off at the main entrance and use general parking. Accessible parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served. PNC Music Pavilion honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9’ x 18’ parking space without impeding the people on either side of your vehicle. Oversized vehicles (e.g. stretch limos, RVs, buses, etc.) with a disabled parking placard will not be allowed to park in an accessible parking space. To ensure you can park as close as possible, we recommend arriving when the parking gates open. Full map of where accessible parking is located here.
Medication Needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Oversize bags for medical needs: Guests requiring larger amounts of medically necessary supplies in reasonable quantities must be declared and subjected to additional screening upon entry. Security will put a medical tag on your bag. Only these items are not subjected to our baggage policy. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates.
Dietary Needs:
PNC Music Pavilion takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
Service Animals:
At PNC Music Pavilion, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Sign Language Interpretation:
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to charlotteboxoffice@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office or a guest services supervisor. We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.
Assisted Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology at PNC Music Pavilion is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please see a Guest Services member to get an Assisted Listening Device.
If you are having any issues using the Listen Everywhere app please let our Guest Services team know and they can help you get assistance.
Mobility Device Storage:
Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team. There is limited electrical connectivity in the venue; please contact the Box Office for more information.
All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
PNC Music Pavilion offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
Please visit the artist's website to find out if they are selling VIP packages for their show.
We allow clear bags no larger than 12”x6”x12” and unclear bags no larger than 6”x9”. This applies to all bags including totes, clutches, and fanny packs. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.
For bags clear bags larger than 12”x6”x12” and unclear bags larger than 6”x9" you do have the option to check these items for a fee at the Guest Services Booth.
The Box Office at PNC Music Pavilion is only open day-of-show, starting at 12 PM. If interested in purchasing tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Guests park at your own risk.
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or circumstances beyond control. In the event of a cancellation we will notify fans and any information about a potential rescheduled date will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
ALL points of sale including premier parking, merchandise, food & beverage will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). All main concession stands take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.
For fans that wish to use cash, Cash to Card conversion will be available at the upsell tent, located in both the North and South concession plazas.
PNC Music Pavilion does not allow weapons of any kind on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
PNC Music Pavilion offers a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), water, and energy drinks.

Are you the responsible fan tonight? The designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a DD ticket from guest services and you can enjoy one free fountain drink at any of our drink concessions.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Drop off areas are located at our A/B Administrative Parking Gate Entrance. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Failure to adhere to Police and Parking Staff direction will result in ejection from the facility. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers will not be permitted to pick up from the backstage parking area unless directed by staff.
Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event; they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event, you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue. Taxi & Ride-Share drop off location is located at the A/B parking entrance only.
Rideshare Pick up Location:
All Guests utilizing Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Etc..) after the concert must be picked up from the A/B Parking Gate Entrance Rideshare Pick Up Location. Pedestrians can follow signage to the A/B Road Rideshare Pick Up location.
Recommendation: For most efficient access to the Rideshare Pick up location, All Rideshare Drivers should enter A/B Parking Gate Entrance via Pavilion Blvd. from Rt 29.
There are a total of 4 entrance gates to the facility. Gates 2 and 3 are available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is 1 Fast Lane Gate located adjacent to Gate 2. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located at Gate 1. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket. Gate 4 is primarily used for high capacity concerts.
If you have a bag it can be checked at every lane.
In the event of an emergency while on site- PNC Music Pavilion has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located mid-North Plaza (as you face the stage, the plaza to your left) but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.

PNC Music Pavilion does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be through our Season Ticket Seating Department. Season Ticketing sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit. Fill out the form on our Season Tickets tab to be contacted by someone from our team.

• 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water, non-frozen, up to 1 gallon (factory sealed or empty) or empty non-glass water bottle up to 1 gallon in size. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted and must be empty upon entry. Camelbacks are not permitted. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. *When elevated temperate program is activated – we allow 2 one gallon water jugs.

• Umbrellas under 12 inches in closed length with a non pointed tip are permitted. Umbrellas are for use in the plazas only and may not obstruct the view of another patron.

Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated. Complimentary water fill stations are located at Guest Services inside North Plaza.
Supplementary water is located at guest services booth at the main gates and south plaza.

Lawn chairs are available for rent inside the venue on a show-by-show basis at the lawn chair stands at the top of the lawn and must be turned in at the end of the event. Outside lawn chairs are no longer permitted. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
Any items lost during an event may be collected at Guest Services, located at Gate 2. If your item is not with Guest Services, please check online the next day for all items found during the event you attended and/or call the main office at (704) 549-1292. Arrangments will be made for pickup during non-event days.

First Aid is located Mid North Plaza. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have EMTS on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to First Aid and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
Find merch at our Merchandise booths in the North and South plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the west plaza and outside of the gates. For Festival shows- there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID. The Box Office at PNC Music Pavilion is only open day-of-show, starting at 12 PM.
Motorcycles can park on the Motorcycle Pad, located near Pavilion Blvd in front of the box office. There is also a bike rack located at the Motorcycle Pad. Location of this parking is subject to change based on the event.
Busses, limos, and town cars are considered oversized vehicles and will be charged oversized vehicle parking fee if they will be remaining on site during the event. Busses that will be dropping off guests can leave the parking lot and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the event with no additional charge. Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department will be on site assisting to ensure all guests on busses are acting appropriately and within accordance of the law. *Subject to change based on event. Parking prices vary based on event and can be purchased in advance at www.livenation.com.
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using walk through metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via walk through metal detectors, please contact a supervisor and a pat-down search can be provided.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to ejection. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any disciplinary action deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason.

Parking is only available for concert attendees and is included in your ticket price. Parking upgrades (reserved premier, ultra premier, premier, early, tailgate, and oversized parking) are available for an additional cost. If you do not plan on going to the concert, you will not be permitted in our parking lots. Please park as directed by our local law enforcement and parking team so that we may park you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
Smoking is permitted in the plazas and lawn area only. If the smoke is bothering guests you may be asked to refrain from smoking or to move. We appreciate your cooperation.
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
Any tickets/passes being provided directly to you from the tour or other promotional company will be available for pickup at the Box Office on day of the concert, by later afternoon. This includes Meet and Greet passes, Backstage passes, Press passes, VIP/Seat tickets, etc. If your tickets/passes are not in the Box Office, it is your responsibility to confirm with your point-of-contact where the tickets/passes can be located. Staff will not contact any member of the tour for you.
